World Heart Day-Santosh Nursing College
Santosh Nursing College students of BSc Nursing IV Semester had organized a Health education program on the event of World Heart Day on 29 September 2023. Students delivered a health education on the fifth floor at 11 a.m. to patients and to their attenders. It was enriched by the presence of the Principal, Santosh College of Nursing Prof. Ms. Rajeshwari Jeyaraj, and Deputy Nursing Superintendant Ms.Deepa and Ms.Ashu ANS. Students were divided in groups and had explained in detail about heart disease its causes and its prevention. Students highlighted on lifestyle modifications which can be made on day-to-day daily activities. It was a fruitful event and was well appreciated by one and all attended.CPR was demonstrated. Redemo were done by the participants.The event ended by refreshments to the participants. It was a very useful session for all.
