Health Teaching Programme on Diabetes Mellitus
On 14th Dec, 2023 Students of B.Sc. 1st Semester have organised a Health Teaching Programme on Diabetes Mellitus in Santosh hospital Ghaziabad. The programme was organised to the patients and the relatives in 3rd floor Medicine ward. The students were explained the Definition, Risk factors and Causes of Diabetes, Types and Pathophysiology, Sign and Symptoms and Diagnosis of Diabetes and , it's Management like emergency management and Dietary Management, Prevention and life style modifications of Diabetes Mellitus. The Program was guided by Ms. Bhuvanya T (Assistant Professor) and was enlighten by the presence of Ms. Rajeshwari Jeyaraj (Principal). the health teaching program was helpful for the patients and the relatives to understand the concept regarding Diabetes Mellitus. At last, students distributed leaflets for awareness and thank all for presence with refreshments.
