Cooking Demonstration - Santosh Nursing College
II Semester B.Sc N students of Santosh Nursing College had done cooking demonstration on 20th Sep 2023 as part of their Nutrition syllabus requirement. The purpose of conducting participatory cooking demonstration was to make students aware of different diets based on patient’s health conditions at Home, Hospital, Community or in any other area. All students of II Sem B.Sc N students had participated in the demonstration .Students were divided into 4 different groups , each consisting of 10-12 students, each group had prepared on different therapeutic meal .Finally, all the group students were given time to do their presentation. Overall students had participated with enthusiasm and had gained knowledge on different types of Therapeutic diet.
