ADMISSION
On-Campus Placement of Occupational Therapy Students

Introduction
Continua Kids, a leading provider of pediatric occupational therapy services, conducted an on-campus placement drive at our university on May 12, 2023. The objective of the placement drive was to recruit skilled and talented occupational therapy students to join their team of therapists in their 12 centres located all over the nation. The drive witnessed participation from 20 students pursuing their Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Selection Process
The selection process for the placement drive was divided into three stages. The first stage was an online application where students were required to submit their resumes, academic records, and a statement of purpose. In the second stage, shortlisted candidates were invited for a preliminary interview with the recruitment team from Continua Kids. The final stage of the selection process was a practical assessment where the shortlisted students were evaluated based on their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in occupational therapy.

Outcome
After the completion of the selection process, Continua Kids offered placements to five students based on their performance in all three stages. The selected students were offered a starting package of INR 6,00,000 per annum, along with other employee benefits such as medical insurance and paid leave.

Feedback
The placement drive was well-organized and provided students with an opportunity to showcase their skills and knowledge in occupational therapy. The recruitment team from Continua Kids was professional and helpful throughout the process. The feedback from the participating students was positive, with many of them appreciating the opportunity to interact with industry professionals and gain insights into the requirements and expectations of employers in the field of occupational therapy.

Conclusion
