Workshop on “Practical Session and Hands-on Training on Basics of Medical Acupuncture and Moxibustion”
Santosh College of Physiotherapy successfully organized a 16 Hours CPD Certified Workshop on “Practical Session and Hands-on Training on Basics of Medical Acupuncture and Moxibustion” on 11th & 12th May 2026 under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Deepak Raghav, Dean, Santosh Allied and Healthcare College and Hospital.
The workshop provided an enriching platform for students and faculty members to enhance their theoretical understanding and practical skills in Medical Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Conducted by renowned expert Dr. Mrunal S. Modi from Surat, CEO of Aurum Academy of Medical Acupuncturist, the sessions covered the fundamentals, clinical applications, safety guidelines and hands-on training in acupuncture techniques.
With active participation from 50 students and faculty members, the workshop offered valuable clinical exposure, improved technical proficiency and encouraged the integration of advanced therapeutic approaches in physiotherapy practice. Certificates were awarded to all participants upon successful completion of the program.
