Entrepreneurship Development Program: A 5-Day Overview of Start-up Strategy & Innovation
The intensive, five-day Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP), organised collaboratively by the Master of Hospital Administration, Santosh Startup Forum and IIC, was held from August 4 to August 8, 2025 at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad. Designed to foster entrepreneurial skills and innovative thinking, the program provided a holistic view of the start-up journey, featuring insightful sessions from eminent industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and academicians like Mr. Khalid Wani (Ecom Express), Mr. Rajeev Gupta (Start-Up India Hub), and Dr. Vishal Gandhi (BIORx Venture Advisors). Over 5 days, attendees covered crucial aspects of launching a venture, from the initial Entrepreneurial Mindset and Ideation Techniques on Day 1, through Product Development, Market Research, and Legal Frameworks, to nuanced aspects like Strategic Branding, Business Model Innovation and Funding Fundamentals. The comprehensive training successfully encouraged innovative thinking, practical problem-solving concluding on Day 5 after sessions on Design Thinking, Risk Management, and Learning from Failures, with a final round of feedback and certificate distribution to all participants.
